The second annual Campaigns & Elections’ Politics magazine Reed Awards were presented on January 29, 2010 in Washington, D.C. to political and public affairs professionals at the top of their game. The awards, named after Politics magazine's founder Stanley Foster Reed, embody his mission to strive for excellence in political campaigning.
