    (XP from Elementary Ed....)

Greetings from my 99 degree classroom (and it's only 8:42 AM!). In any event, last summer our district piloted a Robotics course with LEGO Mindstorms. There was a convention or professional conference for teachers last summer at NYU. It was something like $1,500 per person and a week. Maybe it was offered by Visions? A company with vision in its name? In any event, I thought it rotates locations every year and it was only in NY last year... I think the company was from Maine or Vermont or New Hampshire (I know, very specific memory I have - ha!)..... I'm interested (as is my principal) in finding out where the conference is this year and all the pertinent details... I'm hoping someone on here has some clue what I'm talking about and can steer me in the right direction..... Even if you don't know what I'm talking about, if you've taken a great teacher training for LEGO Mindstorms, let me know that info too please :)

LEGO Mindstorms are great! There is actually a National Competition that includes Mindstorms.
