    Hello everyone,

I am new to this forum so I am not sure where to post this question. I have a Foundational level math credential. However, I am taking CSET III this July to have more chance of getting a job. Here is my question: How do you obtain a full math credential from a foundational level credential?

    Thank you so much!

Unless I am mistaken, I believe that all you have to do is pass the CSET III for Calculus and apply to upgrade your credential. I got the Full version when I initially applied over three years ago and so I already have it.

@TeacherGroupie, could you provide your input on this, please? :D

I'll guess that futuremathsprof is right - this isn't a change of subject matter, so the subject-matter pedagogy course requirement should already be taken care of - but the wisest course might be to put the question to the credential analysts at the local county office of education.
