    Hi, everyone:
I want to suss out any favorite games (or web sites with ideas that you use) for "games" to use mid-way through class (or any other time I deem necessary). I teach 7th and 8th graders, and they are not great about sitting through 90-minute blocks. During field day, today, for example, they did a modified "musical chairs" with hula hoops and some kind of game where the rings in the center had six balls with four rings at the outer corners and they had to take balls from the center and the first person to get 3 balls in a ring was the winner. So I'm looking for similar "active" games to break up the time (I can incorporate my own "learning aspect" within the games to make them simultaneously educationally appropriate while incorporating movement to relieve their boredom)--some games that are fun (hopefully) and don't take up a whole lot of space, and that don't take up a whole lot of time (10 minutes max).
